2018 Audi Q3: Specs and Infotainment
The 2018 Audi Q3 will be longer and wider than the current model. The wheel base will be increased to 2.60 to 2.65 and the length to 4.5 to 4.9 meters. The seating capacity will however be the same as of the current model i.e. 5 adults in normal and 7 in Tiguan Extended version. Talking about the shape, the exterior is much the same as that of the previous model released in 2012. The interior will have the most modern infotainment and drive assistant features. The car will share the interior design with the 2016 Audi A4 model. Like any other modern luxury car it will have virtual cockpit display with all-zone air-conditioning system, power assisted multi spoke steering wheel, Electronic Stability Program and break assist.
2018 Audi Q3: Engines and Performance
The current model of Q3 gives 174 bhp of power at 4800 rpm. The 2018 Q3 will be producing enormous powers like above 220 bhp for the base model. Audi will be using fuel injected in line four cylinder engines in this car. The engines available for this model will be: a 2.0 TDI, a 2.0 TSI and a 1.4 TSI engine. A dual clutch constantly varying transmission will be introduced in this model of Audi to maximize the smoothness of drive and flawless driving experience. This transmission will also maximize the fuel economy of the vehicle and make it environmentally less harmful. The engine will also be tuned to comply with the euro 5 standards of emission control. The vehicle will have all-wheel drive for maximum handling and balanced power output under all conditions of driving.
2018 Audi Q3: Price and Arrival
Audi plans to make this vehicle available to the customers worldwide in the start of 2018. The compact SUV will show up at some prominent auto show at the end of 2017 and will be in the showrooms by the start of next year. The price is not yet revealed but it is estimated by automobile experts to cost like $35,000 for the base model. The prices will be different for different regions and depending on the exact model chosen.
